Chocolate Chip Vanilla Protein Banana Bread

ingredients;

  1. 1 ½ cup of white all purpose flour

  2. ½  cup of protein powder 

  3.  1 tsp of baking soda

  4.  ¾  tsp of baking powder

  5. ¾  tsp of salt

  6.  ½  tsp of cinnamon

  7. ½ tsp of nutmeg

  8. 1 ½ cup of mashed overripe banana or 2 medium to large bananas

  9. ½   cup of yogurt or additional banana

  10.  ½ cup of pure maple syrup, honey, or agave

  11.  1/3 cup of olive oil

  12.  2 tsp of pure vanilla extract

  13. optional 1 cup of chocolate chips

How to;

  1. Grease a loaf pan with butter or olive oil.

    Set aside.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  3. Stir all dry ingredients together, flour, protein powder, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.

  4. Incorporate the wet ingredients, yogurt, maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla extract and bananas stirring gently.

  5. smooth the batter into the pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes.

  6. Allow the banana bread to set for atleast 10 minutes before cutting and enjoying a warm slice !
