Nut & Gluten Free Vanilla Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients;

  1. ½ cup room temperature salted butter dairy free or regular

  2. ½ cup white sugar

  3. ⅔ cup dark brown sugar

  4. 1 large egg

  5. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  6. cup gluten free all purpose baking flour

  7. 1 ½ gluten free oatmeal

  8. ½ teaspoon baking soda

  9. ½ teaspoon baking powder

  10. ½ teaspoon salt

  11. ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  12. 1 cup chocolate chips

  13. ½ cup of vanilla protein powder

How to;

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. cream together the salted butter and both sugars for about 1 minute. 

  3. Beat in the vanilla and egg. 

  4. Fold in the dry ingredients, gluten free all purpose baking flour, vanilla protein powder, oats,baking soda,baking powder,salt and cinnamon

    make sure to spoon and level the flour.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. Place the dough in the fridge to set for 30 minutes. 

  7. Use an ice cream scoop or your hands to form 1 to ½ tablespoon scoops of cookie dough.

  8. Pack the cookie tightly and press extra chocolate chips to garnish if desired.

  9. Garnish cookies with Maldon salt.

  10. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  11. Do not overbake !

  12. Allow the cookies to cool for atleast 10 minutes before enjoying.
